Regression Slew and Signage Direction Arrow Relative to Survey Point

By defining the configuration variable,

REGRESSION_SLEW_RELATIVE_TO_POINT

Slue signage (+/-) values will be defined relative to the survey point and the dynamic direction arrow will be drawn from the survey point to the design geometry.

Default behavior, without defining the configuration variable,

Slue signage (+/-) values will be defined relative to the design geometry and the dynamic direction arrow will be drawn from the design geometry to the survey point.

Note: defining the configuration variable will change the arrow direction automatically, but the signage won't update until the command Calculate Horizontal Slew is executed.

Defining the variable will only effect Horizontal Slues. Vertical Lifts and Lowers will show a positive value for Lifts, a negative for Lowers and direction arrow will be drawn from survey points to design geometry, regardless of defining the variable.
